Orders placed Monday – Friday before 12 pm will be shipped within 48 hrs. of receipt. No shipments on Sundays and US Governments Holidays. All orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday,

International and Canada
will be shipped USPS International or DHL Express. Shipments may take 1 week to 4 weeks depending on Customs procedures. Import duty fee, taxes and charges are not included in shipping fee. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

If package is returned to Bearded Knight LLC due to misinformation given by buyer at time of purchase request, the buyer shall be responsible for additional shipping fee to reship package.If we the seller have made an error in labeling the package with incorrect address, your shipping fee shall be refunded with an additional 10% off purchase for the inconvenience.

Return the product within 10 business days from receipt of product. At such time Bearded Knight LLC will inspect the product for defects. If found defective Bearded Knight LLC shall refund your money,ship new product of the same and or equal value. If Bearded Knight LLC finds and or determines that the product is not defective it will be properly disposed of and no refund will be given.

The returned item must be accompanied by original receipt and in unused condition.

If product is damaged in any way during shipping, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the USPS / DHL or other carriers etc…

Bearded Knight LLC is and will not be held liable and or responsible for any product that may be damaged during shipment.

Some of our products may be prone to melting at temperatures of 76°F / 24.4°C or greater during transport. If product arrives melted let it set at room temperature for a few hours or until it is back to normal consistency.

It is recommended that all product be kept in a cool place and out of direct sunlight once received. Please see melting temperatures listed above.
